Abstract Instructions

Abstracts should fit on a single 8.5" X 11" (21 X 27 cm) page with at least one inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.

Include the names of all authors and institutional affiliations, and underline the name of the presenting author.

In the upper right corner of the page (but outside the main body of the abstract), please indicate "Oral" or "Poster" depending on your preference.

Meeting attendees requesting oral presentations will be notified whether their requests can be accommodated by September 15^th.

Please fax your abstract with your registration or email it (by October 1^st) as a Microsoft Word or PDF file to: LRosenzw@med.miami.edu
